EHD Tech is Committed to Health and Wellness

EHD is dedicated to the well-being of its employees. In September, they will receive information regarding another health and wellness program. Previously, employees accomplished a virtual “Walk Across the USA” and this upcoming program is called “Fit for 50”. The Fit for 50 competitors will aim for 50 points or more through various fitness activities or healthy nutritional choices. Tracked and shared team and individual progress will be seen through a weekly updated Google Document. Also, competitors will be motivated and rewarded with prizes. Fit for 50 is another example of EHD’s commitment to its employees through a few of its core values - Teamwork, Dedication and Fun.
