Motivational Monday

The 2016 Olympics have come to an end and two individuals won one of the highest honors. They were given medals for Sportsmanship. True sportsmanship out shined the competitiveness of Olympians Nikki Hamblin of the United States and Abbey D'Agostino of New Zealand. During a race Hamblin fell and brought D'Agostino down too. Hamblin was up but then helped her opponent up to run with her. Unfortunately, D'Agostino had injured her knee and even though she urged Hamblin to run on, she would not and insisted on finishing the race together. There are many comparisons between sports and business and this one speaks louder than words. A true example of character and sportsmanship.
