Happy Boss's Day
October 16 is celebrated as National Boss' Day. The day was registered with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 1958 by Patricia Bays Haroski from Deerfield, Illinois. It was her father's Birthday. She started the day to express gratitude towards her boss. She also hoped that the day would help to improve employee-supervisor relationships.
There is no better teacher than a good boss; they show us how to grow professionally and personally, while being competent and trusting. A good boss understands that everyone is motivated differently and takes that diversity to mold a well-rounded team. Easier said than done.
Take time to thank your boss today.
